The financials were being managed with a combination of Freshbooks, spreadsheets, and the help of a traditional CPA. The primary issue, in this case, was that the CPA was looking at things from an accounting perspective only, not an operational one. They didn’t have solutions to track invoices, expenses, and bill pay.
